Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products, exclusively in case of defects in the order. The kits are made to measure and printed at the time of the order, therefore returns for change of mind are not accepted.

To exercise the right of withdrawal in case of defect, the Customer must send a communication to Zeta Graphics, within the indicated terms, to the email address info@zetagraphics.it.

The Customer must therefore return the products, at their own expense, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of withdrawal, to the following address:
